Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders placed with Fairy Wings Exports Ltd are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders received during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Deliveries are not normally made on Sundays. Subscription orders, where available, qualify for free delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. International Shipping

Fairy Wings Exports Ltd ships to selected international destinations.

Delivery times depend on the destination country and local courier network. Where stated at checkout, applicable customs duties and import taxes will be covered so that customers can receive their orders without additional charges on delivery.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active, as the courier may need time to register and scan the shipment into its system.
